Customer complaint emails are messy. People mention multiple products, emotions run high, and the real issue is often buried in context. This task trains AI to identify the single product a customer actually needs help with.
You’ll review short, anonymized complaint excerpts and select the product that’s the true focus of the request.
Why it matters:
Accurate product tagging enables faster, more reliable AI-powered customer support. This is precision work that teaches models to extract key information from unstructured, emotionally charged text, something AI can’t learn without human judgment.

You’ll record natural, meeting-style sentences and upload your audio once you’re happy with it.
Why it matters:
Your voice helps build foundational audio datasets that make meetings, lectures, and conversations more accessible and searchable. These systems rely on real human speech to work reliably in enterprise and institutional settings.
